On November 16, 2022, The Law Office of David H. Rosenberg P.C. filed a verified complaint of disability discrimination and retaliation on behalf of the Complainant in the aforementioned administrative action against Pfizer Inc., Biohaven Pharmaceuticals, and Nickolas Haronitis.
As alleged in the publicly filed verified complaint, the Complainant was subjected to strict scrutiny and treated less well on account of her status as a disabled person within the meaning of the law.
